If you are looking to fish during your stay, then you’re in luck!  Our lake is stocked with a range of coarse fish including Perch, Tench, and Orfe.

 All guests are welcome to fish during their stay and we only ask that you use barbless hooks and return anything you catch unharmed.

If you’d like to venture a little further, there are good local salmon and sea trout rivers in the Taw, Torridge and Mole, and day tickets can be purchased with beats as close as Umberleigh (about 1 mile away). For the more adventurous, sea fishing is also available in Ilfracombe and Appledore.
